Stowy - Warranty

NOOKWARE LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides a limited warranty for our bedside shelf products purchased in the United States. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies to:

  1. Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  2. Structural defects that result in the bedside shelf becoming unusable.
  3. Issues such as cracking, warping, or damage caused during the shipping process.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or surface discoloration.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including overloading beyond recommended weight limits.
  3. Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or maintenance not in accordance with the provided instructions.
  4. Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  5. Damage resulting from environmental factors such as water, heat, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
  6. Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., damages to property or injury resulting from product use).

Warranty Service

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@wholenights.com within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Submit photos or videos of the defective product to assist in the assessment.

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, will take one of the following actions at our discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model.
  • Provide a refund or credit for the original purchase price.

Note: Shipping costs for the return of the product may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from NOOKWARE LLC or authorized retailers. It applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty does not extend to products purchased as refurbished, second-hand, or from unauthorized sellers.

State-Specific Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
